  • We have a lot of skin in the game because our business relies on treating your property as if it were our own. If we have bad reviews because of maintenance issues, cleanliness, etc. that will negatively impact our business.
  • As real estate investors, we understand maximizing your return is incredibly important. By renting to us since we typically sign at longer term lease's of 2-4 years this will eliminate turnover, vacancy, and other expenses that come with that compared to a normal tenant. (As you know, when a tenant moves out there is hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of repairs needed to be made).
  • We understand the importance of keeping a well maintained property. Our clients generally leave the property in much better shape as they are only staying anywhere from 2-7 days at a time. 
  • Most our clients typically just need a place to sleep and are usually out exploring or simply using the place to relax.
  • In contrast, a normal tenant that is living there day in and day out, inevitably creates a lot more wear and tear on the entire unit. We are never 100% occupied so again, the unit will be used far less. 
  • We have an amazing team of professional cleaners that will come in after each guest typically 2-3x per week. In fact, it’s vital to our business’ success to keep the property as clean as possible which obviously is a win-win for both our company  and your property.
